PLA Take-Out Containers

PLA has the product presentation, look, feel and function of popular plastic cups and containers, but without any plastic. This new technology uses corn starch to create a natural packaging alternative designed for cold and room-temperature food up to 60°C (125°F).

PLA products are made from the renewable resource of corn. The corn provides the main ingredient -- Polylactic Acid (PLA). It breaks down in commercial compost applications or when your compost pile reaches 65°C (135°F). It is not recommended for use with hot food or beverages.
